flyGATEWAY Aviation Institute is a Flight Training Affiliate (FTA) of Liberty University.  This affiliation allows students to pursue their passion of flight while simultaneously obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Aviation.  Students who are enrolled in the program participate in a full online class schedule while flying with us here at flyGATEWAY through our New Castle, DE and Allentown, PA locations.  Our Allentown, PA location is capable of accepting VA students through this program as well.

The following courses are approved for Liberty’s degree program:

• Private Pilot License (PPL)*
• Commercial License; Single Engine (CSEL) and/or Multi Engine CMEL)*
• Instrument Flight Rating (IFR)*
• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)*
• Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFI-I)*
• Multi-Engine Instructor – (MEI)*

*All of the following courses are VA approved currently with our Allentown, PA location.
