Lehigh Carbon Community College

LCCC offers robust aviation programs through its Aviation Division, including the Professional Pilot A.A.S. and the Aviation Science A.A.S. degrees, both taught at Lehigh Valley International Airport.  The Professional Pilot track is FAA‐approved under Part 141, and includes both ground school and flight instruction leading to certifications such as private pilot, instrument rating, commercial pilot, multi‑engine and Certified Flight Instructor.  LCCC has also established a pilot pathway agreement with ExpressJet, whereby graduates of its professional program receive early interview opportunities and conditional employment offers with the airline, helping smooth the transition from training to career.
